What We're Seeking:
A Practice Manager with a background in IFA support. You've cut your teeth in the industry, and now you're ready to take the reins. Here's what you'll be doing:
Guide and inspire team members. Your leadership will shape their growth.
Scout top talent for admin and paraplanners for the support function of the business.
Keep the team sharp. Monitor CPD, identify training needs, and deliver impactful sessions.
Create KPIs that keep the business on track. Monitor staff case load and performance.
Policy Adherence: Ensure everyone's playing by the rules. Regulatory changes
Client First: Clients are the heartbeat. You'll ensure that every action, every decision, puts them front and centre.
To be considered:
Proven office management experience within a Wealth Management organisation
Ability to motivate and coach teams to perform at a high level
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
