An independent residential lettings and management company located in Clifton are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
The Role:
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords to foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure properties meet the required standards and identifying any areas for improvement.
- Managing check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for departing tenants and preparing properties for new occupants.
- Overseeing safety compliance, ensuring all properties adhere to the latest regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years s experience within a similar role
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Up to date with current legislation
- A problem solver with a 'CAN DO' attitude
The Company can offer Monday to Friday working hours, 9am - 5pm and a competitive salary package upto £30,000 basic as well as a fun and friendly working environment.
