Senior Estate Agent - Residential Sales - £30,000-£35,000 + OTE £40,000 - £45,000 - Didcot
Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Agent with strong negotiation skills to join their successful independent business in Didcot.
The main responsibility of this role is to help sellers of properties achieve their goals and to provide buyers with exceptional service whilst finding their next property.
Daily activities will include the following:
Negotiate the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets.
Generate & complete a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week.
Convert viewings to offers.
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven working experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry for a minimum of 2 years, with a solid record of achieving & exceeding targets is essential.
Strong Local knowledge.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills.
Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed.
Pleasant and trustworthy manner.
Excellent photography skills.
Experience in prospecting and lead generation.
