Electronics Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electronics Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electronic system design, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset.

The role is also 5 days onsite and there is no mention of working from home any day due to the sensitivity of the workload.

Key Responsibilities:

General: Aptitude for electronic system design, passion for detail. Excellent communication skills, including presenting difficult concepts to a broad stakeholder audience. Resilient and periodically able to work under pressure. Solutions focused with a drive for discovery.

  1. Design, develop, and test Electronics Systems Engineer.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Electronics Systems Engineer with other components.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
  4. Present complex technical concepts to a broad stakeholder audience in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  6. Maintain a solutions-focused approach, actively seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  7. Document all design specifications, processes, and test results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry, with a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing Electronic systems.
  3. Aptitude for electronic system design with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  5. Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Solutions-focused mindset with a drive for discovery and innovation.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements relevant to Electronic system design and implementation.

Advantageous should the candidates have any of the following

  1. Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
