Are you a Senior, Team Lead or Manager who is looking for a new challenge in shaping and structuring a team towards their ongoing growth?
Skills Required: ?
- PHP / Vue.js knowledge (full stack knowledge)
- Management experience / mentoring / team management
- Development experience in the above stack
- Experience in Agile environments
- BONUS: SAAS Background
- Ability to manage a growing team of minimum 6 developers
The role will include the following: ?
- Performance management and reviews
- Assisting with hiring, budgeting, team structure
- Goal alignment including stakeholder & product manager
