Your new role requires a degree or HND in Civil Engineering, along with vocational training in Engineering. The candidate should understand engineering principles, have knowledge of construction contract law, and possess extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices. They must champion sustainability, safety, health, and environmental considerations, prioritise personal safety and community well-being, demonstrate integrity, and maintain a customer-focused approach to delivering outstanding service by understanding and meeting customer needs. It will be site based, with the option of dynamic working.
What you will need to succeed in the role requires an individual experienced in managing large-scale projects in the UK, including civil, mechanical, and various infrastructure work. The candidate should lead by example, developing their team's skills and confidently engaging with stakeholders from diverse disciplines to ensure comprehensive commercial understanding.
