Employment Lawyer

An Employment Lawyer is required to join a busy firm based in London to join their team.

They will consider anyone with at least 2 years' PQE. The most important requirement is that they can work efficiently and give robust, commercial advise.

They are open to someone much more qualified than that but they would then need to bring a following to justify a higher salary.

They offer:

  • A good work life balance. They work in the office just one day a week. (Although a new starter would probably need to go in more initially to learn the ropes.)
  • A friendly and supportive team. There are 5 solicitors in the team and they support each other.

They prefer someone full-time but would be willing to explore part-time for the right candidate.
