DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for a permanent chef to work with our ever growing client. They have a chain of 15 pubs and are looking to expand their team.

Hours are Monday to Sunday 1130am until 8pm.

You will get 1-2 days off per week.

Responsibilities:

Planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food for customers to its best advantage, with the object of promoting sales of the Pub's products and goods.

Preparing the Kitchen and public areas where food is to be served and at all times maintain the standards of Health & Hygiene, service and cleanliness set by the Management.

Cooking guests' orders according to their preferences.

Employing food safety best practices and making sure that all kitchen staff members do the same.

Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.

Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients.
