My client is a Chartered Wealth Management firm based in London who are looking for an experienced Team Manager to take ownership of their processes, improve efficiencies and be a strong People Manager to the team.
Key responsibilities will be overseeing the administrative operations within the business, ensuring that the team provides exceptional support to clients and financial advisers. This role involves managing, streamlining processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
This role is suitable for someone who is happy to be hands on with some of the more complex cases in the role, who has a flair for people management and thrives on coaching and developing people. You will need to be detail-oriented with a passion for financial planning and client service. You will be producing key MI reporting and be involved in the day-to-day strategy/operations of the team.
