Facilities Assistant Role Available in Oxford

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily mail room duties and assist with office and meeting room setups.
- Provide hospitality support and respond to miscellaneous requests from internal clients.
- Manage reprographics support and order necessary supplies, including stationery and consumables.
- Investigate and arrange maintenance for any reported breakdowns or faults.
- Maintain cleaning standards and liaise with cleaning companies as needed.
- Assist in the procurement of office consumables and services, acting as a representative in contract negotiations.
- Plan and execute office moves within agreed timeframes.
- Manage storeroom organisation, recycling, and kitchen standards.
- Conduct health and safety inductions for new staff members, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment.
- Experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A strong focus on client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
