As an IFA Administrator you will be a highly valued member of the team. Responsible for everything you would expect as an Administrator for a Financial Planning Firm you will be making sure that all the admin is well maintained and ready for the Advisors to provide clients with advice on ways to best utilise their assets to achieve their objectives. A Typical Day
This could include Preparing paperwork and valuations ahead of client meetings, maintain internal databases, dealing with new business application as well as dealing with internal and external client queries, In addition you shall be responsible for chasing remuneration/adviser fees, setting up client meeting/diary management and assisting in all pre and post-sale administration.

Requirements
To be considered you must have existing experience in the market working directly with advisers in a support role (2 yrs +), possess a working knowledge of advisory back-office systems, ideally with platform exposure and exceptional organisation and communication skills and an ambition to move towards becoming either a chartered Paraplanner or Advisor
