We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm in the city. They are seeking a Paralegal for their Investment Funds group on an initial 6m FTC.
This exciting opportunity to hone your skillset in a top-tier international funds team will see you working alongside fee-earners and partners in the team. You will provide transactional support including monitoring, tracking collating and coordinating KYC and investor subscription documentation.
Paralegals at this firm get access to a range of varied work from the fee-earning pool, gaining invaluable exposure to UHNW funds transactional matters.
Successful candidates will have ideally completed their LPC or SQE but they are also open to seeing candidates with substantive legal work experience.
