Accounts Assistant
Salary £26,500 - £28,000 (dependant on experience)
Looking for a Finance Administrator to assist the Finance Manager within a Field Service Engineering organisation based in Whyteleafe.
Duties will include setting up and managing maintenance contracts on the ERP system, handling the PO process raising / issuing , send the correct billing to customers and chasing late payments.
Applicants must be confident on the phone with excellent customer service skills, as you will answering customer queries, talk to the Engineers, chasing invoices, investigate claims etc.
Must have advanced skills on Word and Excel able to produce informative reports for the company.
Min 1 years experience in a similar Accounts role raising purchase orders, managing accounts and building good rapport with customers.
