What you'll do:
As a Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through your analytical skills and strategic insights. You will be responsible for handling large complex data sets, drawing out relevant insights that can inform decision-making processes. Your ability to lead on small scale commercial change projects will be crucial in ensuring that milestones and objectives are met in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to create strategic documents that explain the rationale for change, influencing stakeholders towards a commercial way of thinking. As an ambassador for Commercial Strategy and Change, you will provide analytical and commercial support across other functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Digital.
- Provide analytical support across the Commercial Strategy and Change Function
- Handle large complex data sets and draw relevant insights
- Lead on small scale commercial change projects across the organisation, ensuring milestones and objectives are met in a timely manner
- Create strategic documents/PowerPoint which explains rationale for change
- Influence stakeholders to the commercial way of thinking and get relevant buy-in for change projects
- Act as an ambassador for Commercial Strategy and Change; provide analytical/commercial support across other functions (Sales/Marketing/Digital)
- Help manage the delivery of the key components of that strategy to deliver a £50m+ EBITDA opportunity

You possess strong communication skills and are proficient in using Excel and Tableau tools. Your continuous improvement mindset, coupled with your problem-solving abilities, will be key to your success in this role. You have the ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and are comfortable handling complex data, drawing insights that can inform strategic decisions. Your understanding of the impact of change projects across multiple areas of the business will be crucial in recognising and handling any downstream impact.
