A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Sutton Coldfield to join a small but reputable law firm as a conveyancing paralegal. This is a full-time role with on-site parking!
The role
Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancing paralegal who can work closely with another paralegal touching upon all aspects of the conveyancing process. This will involve preparing draft contract packs on sales files and all that comes with that, assisting solicitors in setting up files for exchange and completions, providing updates to clients to name a few.
The person
To be considered you must have at least 12 months' experience in a similar role. This will suit a paralegal or legal assistant who is looking to build their experience as a paralegal! You must be able to and relish working in a fast paced and busy environment and have the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
