We are working with a fantastic, entrepreneurial business who are recruiting a new position for the team due to company growth. Joining a sizable marketing team and reporting into the Head of Marketing - The Marketing Manager role will have a focus on organic social media management and will have 1 direct report, so people management experience is advantageous.
Working across multiple brands, you will be given the creative freedom to really make the role your own, and will be trusted to deploy your innovative ideas, as well as decoding the data to develop findings that will improve and elevate your next communication.

This role is office based 5 days a week as the team LOVE to be together in an environment where they can bounce ideas off each other and collaborate with the wider teams in the business. Therefore, this position would suit candidates living in Peterborough and surrounding areas including March, Stamford, Chatteris, Wisbech, Oundle, Corby, Huntingdon and Market Deeping.
