Regional Marketing Manager

Rapidly expanding player in the data privacy and data compliance market is expanding their UK marketing function as part of their continued growth for the EMEA region

The Role:

As the regional marketing manager you will be reporting in to the global head of marketing. You will be responsible for building and overseeing integrated marketing programs to help the business achieve their goals in lead generation, revenue growth, corporate initiatives, product launches etc You will work closely with partners on events (both in person and virtual) and other field based initiatives in order to support demand generation and GTM initiatives. You will also be responsible for the development of a local customer advocacy program

The Candidate:

You will be a highly successful marketing professional that can demonstrate success in partner and field marketing as well as event management. Any exposure to building / running a customer advocacy program is a distinct advantage. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally (sales, product, tech etc) in order to influence outcomes. You will also have a track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives with measurable results

The Package:

On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary depending on experience £65,000-£70,000, pension, health, bonus and potential share options. Also, on offer is the opportunity of working with a company that is growing and promotes from within and is looking to build and develop their UK office.
