Salary: £32,591.00 per annum

Goodenough College is recruiting for a proactive and motivated day Duty Manager to supervise our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for ensuring the Reception team meets daily objectives and maintains the highest standards of service. You will develop the team and handle administrative duties such as preparing shift rosters to ensure adequate cover is in place. You will also cover reception duties when needed, liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure that reception facilities are always in working order and the area kept immaculate.

You will likely have previous or current reception experience gained in a hotel or corporate environment. You must have supervised a team before and possess some people management skills. First Aid and Fire Marshal training will be provided.

The work pattern for this role will be working based on 12-hour shifts, 8am to 8pm, 4 days on and 4 days off. Salary offered is £32,591.00 per annum, free meals when on duty, discounted gym membership at the gym based in the College, good annual leave and pension provision.
