Position Overview:
Due to recent growth and a significant influx of new clients, this boutique recruitment firm is looking to add an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant to their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality candidates for various tech roles, across the US and European markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and placing candidates within rapidly growing sectors like: SAP - Business Intelligence - Software Development - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning - Cloud. You will also have a hand in Business Development, networking, and contract negotiations, as this is a 360 Recruitment role. With the company experiencing sustained growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a firm where your skills and experience will be valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities:
Source and qualify candidates for tech contract positions. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, utilizing job boards, social media, and internal databases. Engage with clients candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Source new clients and develop crucial working relationships with staff at every level of the business.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in 360 Tech or FinTech recruitment.
Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates within the tech/FinTech sector.
Proven track record of sourcing and securing clients within the tech/FinTech sector.
Strong understanding of software engineering, Cloud, AI, and SAP is highly desirable.
Fluency in another European language, aside from English, is a bonus.
Strong network within the US and European markets is also desired.
