**Your Role as Senior Associate/Assistant Manager**
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services. Your responsibilities will include:
*** Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.** *** Acting as the first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while addressing their audit needs.** *** Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service and provide insightful recommendations that improve clients' business processes.** *** Coaching and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the firm.**
**What You'll Need to Succeed as Senior Associate/Assistant Manager**
Our client is looking for someone who brings more than just technical skills to the table:
*** **Qualifications:** ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with solid auditing experience and a strong understanding of relevant accounting standards.** *** **Experience:** Proven ability to manage and lead audit processes, with experience working directly with clients to meet their needs.** *** **Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.** *** **Personality:** A proactive and enthusiastic team player who is passionate about client service and keen to take on new challenges and responsibilities.**
