You'll support department managers across all areas of the group by providing insights and MI that shine a light on performance metrics, trends in cost and spending, the success of product promotions, margin changes, sales trends - commercially valuable data that can be used to drive excellent decision making. You'll enjoy partnering with colleagues across the group and you'll develop a rewarding and valuable awareness of the levers of success, profit and growth. There is significant scope for progression.

The role would suit a confident graduate with excellent analytical skills. A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team.

As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare Management Information (MI) to provide valuable insights into the business.
  • Analyse profit, margins, and costs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and develop comprehensive financial reports.
  • Provide actionable insights that will drive business performance and growth.

You need:

  • To be a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and contributing to a team.
