I am working closely with an established retail business, looking to build out their Senior Analytics team.
We're looking for a self-reliant Senior Analyst, with years of experience in providing analytics, interpreting data, storytelling and providing recommendations. Along with giving senior support to the team, and review progress to ensure they are meeting requirements, and provide training to support their skills and understanding.
Team culture is really important here, and recently, internal surveys scored the team a 10/10 in peer relationship! So if you're looking to improve your work culture - this is for you!
You'll be given a lot autonomy to challenge their current processes and really apply your skills.
This role is offering up to £60,000, and hybrid working of 1 day a week in their lovely Somerset offices!
