Our client is looking for the successful person to have a strong recruitment background and people manager.
The current recruitment team is 8 people, and they need someone who can effectively manage the whole team, covering engagement, performance, setting expectations, driving improvement and change and allocation of work in a fair and equitable way.
Our client needs a strong people manager that will help delivering the changes and improvement operationally. The successful person will help upskill the current team, so they all become in-house recruitment partners to their respective customer area. This will include the delivery of a proactive, consultative recruitment service - advising and supporting on attraction strategies to fill volume and hard-to-fill roles; maximising the power of social media and advocacy; providing best-in-class candidate experience; and ultimately being accountable for the delivery of talent to meet demand.
