Work Environment:
Enjoy a flexible work setup with access to offices across the UK, while primarily based in Cheltenham.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Growth Lead, you'll identify and engage potential clients via various channels, book meetings, build relationships, and pitch our services. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and partnerships will be essential to drive leads and ensure client success.

Key Duties:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients.
  • Pitch services in meetings.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and communicate regularly with the sales team.
  • Attend industry events to expand your network.

About You:

  • 2+ years in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.

Nice to Have:

  • Interest in startups and high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of risk management and insurance.

  • Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per year.
