Our client is a fast growing Chartered Financial Planning firm with offices across the South of England. As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a CII Chartered Wealth Planner with leadership experience to join their Hertfordshire team.
You will be managing up to 6 Advisors, with leadership making up around 25% of the role. You will be given clients to manage but be expected to build this further and will be highly rewarded for new business generated (with no validation threshold).
You will have at least 5 years Financial Planning experience managing a significant amount of AUM and excellent technical knowledge in all areas including Investments, ISA's, Bonds, Pensions and Protection, with proven leadership experience.
