Location: Croydon office location with Flexible working
Salary: £76,000 to £83,000 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Investment Operations team on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
The role will provide support to our Fund Accounting and Middle Office Oversight teams and will be responsible for the undertaking and reviewing of key business process to ensure they are scalable and sustainable, additionally it will be responsible for streamlining all information reporting with supporting departments to ensure they are as efficient and uniform as possible.
Our ideal applicant will have experience of managing a Middle Office Team from within an Investment Manager or Investment Bank dealing with various asset types e.g. Fixed income and equities. Experience must demonstrate Fund Accounting including data manipulation and report production and the use of investment accounting packages at an Investment Bank/ Custodian.
