You will be working for a leading specialist insurance broker who is based in the heart of London. A leading protection broker for prominent, high-profile, high net worth individuals who are looking for a Junior Broker to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Your new roleAs a Junior Broker means you will be joining a cohesive and successful team environment, where you will be working with the company's directors. You will be responsible for a client facing role, in a professional manner, liaising with clients and inhouse underwriters. You will be collecting and processing data. Handling renewals as well as servicing all existing business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience and a good understanding of the life protection market. Plus, strong administrative and client engagement skills, experience of sales is essential (preferably in an insurance or financial services-based business). They will provide rigorous training and support for you to gain the most knowledge. You will be articulate, and have good organisational skills, a consultative approach, as well as a willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent opportunity with a leading specialist insurance broker paying up to £38,000 base salary depending on experience with great company benefits.
