We are now looking for a Sexual Health Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22.2 hours per week.

The Role

As our Sexual Health Coordinator, you will support the development and co-ordination of a comprehensive range of sexual health services to meet the diverse needs of LGBTQ+ communities in Coventry.

Following your training, you will focus on promoting prevention tools, healthy relationships and pleasure, while ensuring content is inclusive and reflective of all LGBTQ+ sexual health practices.

Playing a key part in implementing our Sexual Health community asset mapping strategy, you will identify and support community assets and expand the reach of our services across Coventry, Warwickshire and Liverpool.

You will also work closely with local partners, social groups and influencers to enhance community engagement and promote our sexual health services.

Additionally, you will:

- Utilise data and trends from Salesforce to produce reports and identify the needs of underrepresented communities
- Co-ordinate sexual health outreach activities, such as workshops, testing and condom distribution
- Develop new partnerships and venues
- Collaborate with the Communications Team and partners to create and promote campaigns that address the specific sexual health needs of LGBTQ+ communities

About You

To be considered as our Sexual Health Co-ordinator, no previous experience is required, but we will ask that you have:

- Strong listening and communication skills
