A leading retail company in London is on the lookout for a new Payroll Manager to work with their team on a permanent basis - 3 days per week in the office.

The Payroll Manager will ensure the smooth running of payroll for the UK with around 1,000 employees whilst playing a key role in continuous improvement and development of the function moving forwards.
It will be imperative that you have some experience of changing HR/Payroll systems within your last few roles and can bring ideas/advice/guidance to the table to ensure any changes made have minimal impact on the organisation. The Payroll Manager will need to be familiar with time and attendance systems and have experience working outsourced providers as well as running end to end.
You will have a small payroll team reporting into you for this role and you report into the Head of HR.
