About you:?
You'll report to the Credit Manager and have excellent interpersonal and positive influencing skills, while also being able to demonstrate a track record of credit control success within a business with multiple thousands of customers. You will have the ability to build and nurture relationships across differing reporting levels and consider yourself someone who has a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for working in a methodical manner. Above all you'll always provide your customers with the best customer service experience.
Day-to-day, you will:?
- Secure strong credit control results using various communication formats.
- Report information daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Enhance systems and procedures for credit control efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to resolve site issues and free up debt.
Your skills and experiences might also include:??
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a business with thousands of customers
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and non-verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
