Zachary Daniels is excited to be working with a high-end contemporary lifestyle brand based in Central London, due to recent growth they are currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Manager with strong retail operations and online trading experience to join their head office team on 6-month fixed term contract.

As the Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management of the European and Global E-com sites and Omni-Channel processes. Managing inventory, liaising with Warehouse and Logistics Manager to optimise the inventory flow. Converting and increasing online traffic and keeping the brand's website updated. You will be accountable for trading, managing stock, product and content, OTB, web KPIs, conversion, AOV and UPT, along with conducting weekly trade reports. You will closely with various internal teams which includes the marketing, merchandising, online and the warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will be an established Ecommerce Manager working for a fashion retailer, brand or online retailer. Possessing excellent time management, negotiation, presentation, numerical, analytical, data management, communication (written & verbal) skills and the ability to implement AB tests online and work with multiple internal departments. You must have excellent I.T skills using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HTML, SAP, SHOPIFY and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
