Temporary Sales Support Administrator
Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm
Part-time hours would be considered.
Hybrid Working after Training Period.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks during a peak period. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work methodically and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including amending and identifying discrepancies in contracts.
Maintain and update data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Handle the filing and organization of documents, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and compliant with company policies.
Skills:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
Experience with Google Drive (Advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- especially Excel
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with overseeing contracts (Advantageous)
Excellent organizational and accuracy skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
