The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Marketing Copywriter/Content Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team on a temporary contract. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Email Marketer and Campaign Manager to create impactful omnichannel copy. This is a key role in engaging a global audience, driving customer value, and supporting campaigns aimed at increasing attendance and engagement across core products and services. The position offers the opportunity to shape the content strategy, enhance customer journeys, and drive conversions through compelling email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Creation: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments across various brands, ensuring alignment with product and brand objectives.
- Content Development: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for emails, newsletters, and other related digital content.
- Tone of Voice: Manage and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand and target audience.
- Segmentation & Personalisation: Use data to segment audiences and personalize email content, optimizing engagement and conversion.
- Template Management: Create and manage email templates within marketing automation platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the performance of email campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with GDPR and industry best practices.

Your Competencies
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong written communication with flawless spelling and grammar.
- Email Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with various internal stakeholders across departments.
- Project Management: Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Your Experience
- Email Marketing: Proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting: Excellent track record in creating compelling marketing messages.
- Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally D365.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage.
- HTML: Basic understanding of HTML is beneficial but not essential.
- GDPR Knowledge: Awareness of GDPR regulations and how to implement compliant marketing strategies.

Your Knowledge
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and technology.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Familiarity with data analytics and audience segmentation tools.

Your Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and copywriting.
- Professional Qualification: A professional marketing qualification is advantageous.
