Autism Employment Coach

Do you have a strong passion for Autism? Looking for a role focused on barrier removal rather than heavy targets. Or maybe you have experience of supporting those with barriers and would like to join a fast growing charity who specialise in Autism support?

The charity delivers employment support a range of individuals with Neurodivergent conditions on a 1:1 basis to get them into work and then helping them to thrive in the work environment. You will support individuals at all stages of their journey assisting them in overcoming all barriers. It is also important for candidates to be proactive in sourcing referrals from various avenues. The role is home based with travel across the West of North Yorkshire (Harrogate, Darlington and Northallerton) so

driving is essential

  • This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9 – 5. With fantastic opportunities to progress within the new structure, training and a supportive, passionate team to go with it.

If you are passionate about autism or learning disabilities (with some experience around this, either work related or lived experience) this could be a great move. You will have worked in a role which is either employment support related, such as a recruitment consultancy, careers advisor, employment advisor etc. Or you will have worked in another role supporting people to achieve goals, such as working as a learning support assistant, teacher, key worker, support worker etc.
