We are looking for a skilled AI Project Manager to lead our projects that leverage AI models, including OpenAI's and ChatGPT to create innovative automation solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-based automation tool projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team of AI developers, data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Strategic Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
Innovation and Research: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to inform project direction and drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project reviews.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing AI or software development projects, with a focus on utilizing AI models like ChatGPT
Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and programming languages (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex project challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements.
