Marketing Co-ordinator | Mid Kent | £22,000 - £27,000
A successful Kent based business is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing function in executing a range of marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and the creation of sales team collateral.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that our marketing efforts are executed effectively and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing department in executing social media, email marketing, and content creation initiatives
- Help manage and update our website and social media channels
- Conduct market research and assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures and other sales aids
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with our company's goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices
Competency profile required/Person specification:
- Upbeat, personable, with a, 'can do' demeanour.
- Self-starter, keen and able to work off own initiative and proactively suggest ideas.
- Experience within the marketing arena or similar office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, canva and content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
