Senior Travel Operations Manager
Base Salary to £50,000 + Great Benefits

Our client is an award-winning tour operator who sell upmarket Latin America and Expedition bespoke holidays to both direct and direct clients.
Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a Senior Travel Operations Manager to join the team.
This is a pivotal role within the company with full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company focused on administration, customer care and client care.
Managing a small team, the Senior Travel Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, process creation maintaining the highest standards of customer services.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role working within the travel industry with a niche luxury tour operator.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with two days per week in the office based in Surrey.
Senior Travel Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire operations process from booking to post travel feedback
Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Liasing and managing relationships with flight consolidators.
Handling and resolving any escalated customer complaints.
Lead and motive the operations team
Managing crisis and incident response
Senior Travel Operations Manager Experience Required:
Experience in a similar operations management role within a luxury tour operator is essential
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience of using a GDS system
Ability to work under pressure and multi task

Base Salary to £50,000 depending on experience
25 days annual leave
