Our partner is a growing and fast-paced business managing a range of complex 5-star hotel based projects across Europe, the US and the Middle East. The business has now reached the next stage in their growth journey and is looking to hire an Exutive Director - Technical Services to manage multiple projects across the Middle East and Europe, ensuring all are completed successfully and on schedule.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with stakeholders and project teams in multiple locations, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the technical services teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to 5-star hotel clients across the Middle East and Europe
- Deliver high-profile projects that will gain international recognition both in and out of the industry.
- Leading project teams and coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Fostering strong client relationships and managing client expectations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical services department
As the right candidate, you have 5-10 years experience delivering high profile technical service projects for 5-star hotel chains. Middle East or Maldives experience will be a significant bonus.
You are a pro-active and highly organised individual with strong project management skills. You have excellent client management skills and thrive in multi-national environments. You are solution orientated, demonstrate excellent leadership skills and are excited by working on high profile, highly visible projects.
You have a hands-on approach coupled with a desire to learn and succeed, and a professional manner, and are calm under pressure. You enjoy a busy work environment, can work independently and are not afraid to speak your mind, especially regarding the improvement of workflows and systems.
This is a full-time role hybrid role (up to 80% WFH) with 1-2 trips to hotel sites in the Middle East and Europe per month. Flexi-time available.
