**Your role as Corporate Finance Assistant Manager**

As a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the Strategic Corporate Finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing valuation working papers and comprehensive reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for litigious matters, serving as expert evidence.
- Supporting a wide range of small to mid-market deals through financial due diligence, information memoranda, and financial modeling.
- Engaging in buy-side and sell-side advisory services, including M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios.
- Analysing financial statements, management information, and deal documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

**What you'll need to succeed as Corporate Finance Assistant Manager**

- ACA finalist or qualified, or CFA
- Experience in corporate finance, specifically in conducting company valuations using various methodologies.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with SME/owner-managed businesses.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiasm to progress in a senior role and contribute to the firm's success.
