Salary £25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm + 1 hour for lunch
2 x Saturday mornings a month 9.30 to 12 noon (2.5 hrs) Time taken in-lieu
South Bristol / FREE Parking / Permit

The Job:
As a Senior Office Administrator, you'll be a central figure in our office operations with a hands-on approach to provide top-level support to our clients and ensure efficient administrative workflow. Your role will be vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service by coordinating office activities and managing processes to assist both our staff and our valued clients. We are currently a small team but have expectations for growth in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise our administration while ensuring best practices in office organisation are maintained.
Implement robust office procedures to bolster efficiency and effectiveness.
Overview of financial administrative duties, such as processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping track of budgets.
Treat all confidential material with the utmost discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
Serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders, receiving and directing inquiries with professionalism.
Keep a continuous control and overview of referencing, renewals and moving dates.
Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting an ethos of excellence and continuous learning across the administrative team.

The Person:
A track record of success in a senior administrative role, whilst estate agency experience may be an advantage it's not a prerequisite.
Exceptional ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership abilities ideally with a history of managing a small team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for dealing with a diverse clientele.
High degree of comfort with office technology.
A practical, "can-do" attitude well-suited for problem-solving and taking initiative.
