The role will involve:

To be successful in this role of Store Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Flexibility - store is open Monday to Sunday, so you need to be able to work retail hours and shifts as well as have experience with managing the team rota.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing retail stores; with relevant experience in fashion industry is desirable but not necessary.
- We are looking for a skilled team manager who has a talent for motivating others and possesses exceptional people management skills. The ideal candidate will lead with empathy and have a proven track record of successfully overseeing retail teams and operations.
