ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will manage a diverse caseload of injury and non-injury claims from inception to issue. You will be responsible for progressing cases efficiently, ensuring clients receive timely and professional legal advice while managing their expectations. The role is based in Liverpool and offers a competitive salary along with a range of benefits.
This is a full time, permanent role and is office based. The office is located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, offering excellent travel links.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in managing a caseload of pre-litigated cases.
- A solid understanding of civil procedure rules.
- Experience in credit hire and personal injury.
- The ability to review and assess impecuniosity documentation.
- A target-driven mindset while maintaining exceptional client care.
- Confidence in working to targets.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- The ability to provide high-level client care.
- Efficiency and effectiveness in both team settings and independent work.
