Site Agent Opportunity - Infrastructure Sector
Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected infrastructure company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, delivering major civil engineering and rail projects across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of civil engineering and rail projects from start to finish.
- Lead and manage site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and program adherence.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor and manage site resources, including subcontractors and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering, rail, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (or equivalent).
