Customer Administrator

Just Recruitment is working with a long standing and growing organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury - please note due to location - you must have access to your own transport.

You will be responsible for supporting with all administration and customer service duties - supporting the customer journey through the business.

Duties include:

Answering the telephone

Liaising the customers and colleagues

Resolving incoming queries

Record keeping and updating internal systems

Inputting costing and processing invoices details

Ensuring all office duties are completed as required

Answer calls and respond to enquiries

Provide assistance in terms of general business support

The working hours are - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 17.00pm
