Mortgage & Insurance Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful firm.

Duties include:

  • Working alongside the Mortgage & Insurance Advisers dealing with sales support administration for mortgages, protection and general insurance business
  • Preparing files and submitting cases
  • Drafting suitability reports
  • Compliance administration
  • Ensuring the applications run smoothly, dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, insurance companies
  • Updating CRM system, ensuring all necessary documents are on file
  • Using Google Suite/ Smartr365/ 27 Tec/ iPipeline
  • Managing the annual renewal process for various insurance products

Experience/Skills required:

  • A team player who is professional, hardworking and diligent
  • Strong IT skills, familiar with Google Suite/Office
  • Mortgage or Insurance (or both) administration experience, from a broker background, au fait with different lenders (mostly residential) and insurers
  • Friendly, motivated outlook

Additional information:

  • Monday to Friday, 9-5.30
  • Training provided
  • Office based, London, City
  • Salary: £28-32,000 (may consider higher for the right candidate)
  • 20 days holiday + birthday, rising to 25 days
