Event Planner - HMS Belfast£29900We're currently recruiting a dedicated Event Planner to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a Fill time basis.As an Event Planner you will be responsible for coordinating the conference and events bookings for the venue. Conducting showrounds and meeting customers to establish final details. Proactively upselling the facilities and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. Produce BEO's and attend operational meetings to ensure all details and requirements are handed over accurately to the operations manager. To raise and send customer invoices and be responsible for post event calls and customer feedback. Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

- Will have extensive event planning experience within the UK conference and events industryWill be experienced in achieving KPI's and developing business strategy to achieve growth expectationsMinimum 2 years' experience in an event planning role within a Conference & Events environment
