We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager either at developmental level or more senior, to collaborate closely with both client and creative services teams. You'll manage a variety of communications projects, including campaigns, video production, animations, digital activations, and social media content.

As a seasoned project manager with exceptional organisational and communication skills, you'll have an agency background but doesn't have to recently if you have gone client side but ideally some agency experience managing creative projects.

1. Client and Stakeholder Liaison

? Work in partnership with the Client/Account Lead to develop and manage key account relationships

? Build and maintain a profile as a subject matter expert, using your experience and passion to influence the approach and direction of projects

? Lead the client through all phases of research, development, production and delivery: ensuring client approvals are received in line with the overall project plan

? Manage ongoing stakeholder management and communication

2. Project Management

? Provide strategic input/thinking into every project, in collaboration with colleagues

? Develop the project brief into a written schedule and scope of work, and disseminate all relevant information to internal teams, suppliers and freelancers

? Input into the development of creative concepts and ensure that the creative vision is consistently applied across all disciplines

? Provide input into the project plan, ensuring all activities are scheduled, responsibilities are allocated, and key milestones are met

? Determine the most appropriate tools and methods of communication for each project, working with internal colleagues and suppliers to provide specialist advice and input where required

? Collaborate effectively with other members of the project team, to ensure quality and the highest possible standards of delivery are achieved

? Manage sub-contractors and suppliers, both in terms of overseeing delivery of their role and their financial remuneration

? Proactively communicate with clients in order to obtain timely feedback and sign-off for core deliverables

? Ensure all project files and assets are correctly archived for future reference

3. Budget Management

? Develop and maintain a sound understanding of time (fees) and budget allocation

? Oversee creation of budgets in support of pitches and proposals

? Collaborate to create comprehensive budgets on large/more complex projects

? Work closely with Client Services to negotiate budgets and commercial terms with client Procurement stakeholders

? Oversee development of project payment schedules, where required, ensuring client payment terms are aligned to when third party costs are due

? Oversee the management of the project budget, ongoing reconciliations of budgeted spend versus actual spend with regular financial reporting to the client, and ensuring all supplier payments are managed promptly and in line with agreed payment terms

4. Communications Skills

? Ability to scope, manage and deliver a range of creative projects such as campaigns, animations, digital activations, and social content

? Ability to create and manage digital project workflows

? Strong understanding of the design and production process coupled with knowledge of the different types of production and execution

5. Ongoing Development

? Be an ambassador for and uphold the professional reputation of the agency in all dealings with clients, stakeholders, suppliers and freelancers

? Proactively seek out new ideas, techniques and suppliers, which will positively benefit the work of the agency, and share these with the team

? Develop new potential opportunities arising from client conversations, working closely with Client Services, and collaborate on developing suitable solutions to those opportunities
