- Visits to the sites required -
Degree or Professional Qualification in a construction related discipline such as RICS or CIOB
Experience conducting property inspections that align with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System
Contract management experience in relation to the property maintenance and repair responsibilities and obligations between private landlords and managing agents
Experience in managing dilapidation claims while achieving best value for money outcomes for the client
Experience of using software tools, such as Northgate Housing and Service Connect, to record and report property survey findings
Experience of drafting technical reports
