Internal Technical Sales Representative
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Dudley
Job Summary: Our very highly respected client has a fantastic career opportunity for an Internal Technical Sales Representative specializing in steel partition solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Working closely with the sales and engineering teams, you will understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer exceptional support throughout the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively. CAD experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Enquiry Management and Qualification:
Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences.
Utilize our CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and update customer information accurately.
Technical Consultation:
Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable steel partition solutions.
Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and customization options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally, offering expert advice and guidance as needed.
Quotation Preparation:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer specifications, volume requirements, and pricing guidelines.
Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and alignment with project timelines.
Present quotations to customers and clarify any queries.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
CAD experience is an advantage but not essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
