Reed Accountancy is on the lookout for a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Banbury-based client's business.
This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for stability, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Finance Manager and integrate into a welcoming and collaborative small team environment.
The ideal candidate should be readily available and ideally able to commence work within a week.
Key responsibilities
Matching, coding, and processing of invoices for payment
handling of query resolutions,
Diligent monitoring of accounts payable emails, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Processing BACs payments.
The position is full-time, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and comes with the added benefits of free car parking and competitive pay rates.
